Congratulations to AAG member Chetna Singh M.D.

AAG member, Chetna Singh is a medical doctor and a talented artist.   She has been extremly busy. As an artist she paints beautiful colorful paintings that are then reproduced on high quality pure silk as wearable art.  These pieces can also be framed and hung or as decorations.   Chetna wants to share her Indian heritage through these scarves.   Her scarves are sold in boutiques and on line at www.chetnasingh.com

Chetna's scarves are also exhibited in the prestigious NOLCHA in NYC Fashion week this September. NOLCHA is an award winning event for the independent fashion designers and lets them show their work to global audiences.

Through her art Chetna has also taken on the issue of domestic abuse.  The scarf below was designed by Chetna as part of the Break Through's "Ring the Bell" campaign.  Half of all proceeds from the sale of this scarf will go to the campaign.  We at AAG are all proud of her.
